Client had an extremely tight budget. She loves her furniture and paint treatment on the walls but the space felt stark and unbalanced. By adding new art work and accessories as well as using some of her existing accessories we have created an atmosphere that feels less cluttered and more unified with the colours and design in the rest of the house.
The furniture in this foyer was too large and bland. It overwhelmed the space. The baseboards and trim were dark and outdated. The new wrought iron bench, spice coloured cushions and art added some necessary colour. By painting out the dark trim the foyer appears more current.
The personality and the decor of this client did not match. She was living in a bland space that never felt like home. The budget was very tight but by adding a splash of colour and painting the trim white the space feels more current and vibrant like the home owner. By adding accessories, drapery and area rug the space feels warmer and more inviting.
A typical 80's kitchen got an inexpensive facelift. The cabinet hardware was replaced, the backsplash and cupboards were refinished using a unique paint techniques, giving this dated space a more modern appeal. The house sold in one week for full asking price.
This 1970's galley kitchen got a long needed update on a very small budget. There was extensive nicotine damage to all finishes. Surfaces were prepared and sealed to prevent nicotine from bleeding through paint. The serene colour palette created a more spacious open feeling in the room.
Maria and I wanted to thank you for all your help in designing our dream home. We truly love everything about our home, the colours, window treatments, and lighting, furniture and art recommendations. You both made the whole process easy and non stressful with all your explanations and what colours, fabrics work together and the themes we wanted to build. When we have guests over, the comments never stop on how well the house looks and how everything works together. Our home is like the ones that are featured in magazines, and we live in it everyday.

Client was looking for a cozy more cohesive space. We
worked with existing furniture added a splash of colour on the walls, a new window treatment and accessories. Now we have a great space for relaxing with family and friends.
